Deep drawing with maximum operating freedom
The DCD Series is a line of C-frame hydraulic presses designed for deep drawing and the forming of complex components. The three-open-sides structure ensures full access to the dies from multiple directions, simplifying loading, unloading and tooling even with large dies.
Available in both automatic and manual operating modes, the series integrates ejector rollers and a die cushion to precisely control material flow during the stroke. Pressure, speed and stroke are infinitely adjustable to suit a wide range of operations.
Standard equipment: chromed cylinders, electro-welded steel frame, HMI touchscreen controls, safety guards with light curtains, two-hand control, table with T-slots, pressure gauges, air cooling and a die cushion.
